Joseph Charles Morgan married Melissa Mariam Bassett in 1904
Joseph Charles met Melissa when both families were living in Star Valley, Wyoming. After the Morgan family moved to the Ririe, Idaho area Melissa's mother would bring Melissa to Idaho in a buggy to see Joseph.

Joseph Charles, born 27 October 1879, married Melissa Bassett 7 September 1904, and died 7 November 1969. Melissa was born 25 June 1883 and died 7 May 1957.
